SMS Terms

By ticking the consent checkbox on the sign-in page at demo.inflect.bot/login (or its tenant-scoped equivalent), you agree to receive SMS messages from Inflect Insight, an Inflect Systems LLC service, on the terms below. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

1. Program description

Inflect Insight is an industrial analytics platform used by facility operators. SMS is used to deliver one-time sign-in verification codes and optional operational alerts about your facility's equipment (faults, shift digests, admin invites).

2. Types of messages you may receive

Sign-in verification codes (2FA). A short numeric code sent when you request to sign in. Required for account access.
Operational alerts (account notifications). Notifications about your facility's equipment state, shift digests, or invitations from your facility admin. You opt in to these on the sign-in page; you may opt out at any time without losing sign-in code delivery.

We do not send marketing SMS. We do not promote products, services, or third-party offers via SMS.

3. Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typical volume: one sign-in code per sign-in attempt, plus any operational alerts you have opted in to. Heavy facility days may produce several alert messages; quiet days produce none.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for SMS pricing on your plan. Inflect does not charge for SMS itself.

4. How to opt in

Opt-in is explicit and requires an affirmative action from you:

Visit the sign-in page (e.g. demo.inflect.bot/login).
Enter your phone number.
Tick the consent checkbox labeled "I agree to receive SMS verification codes and operational alerts from Inflect Insight at the number above..."
Submit the form to receive your first sign-in code.

Your facility administrator cannot consent on your behalf. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively ticked.

5. How to opt out and get help

Opt-out and help keywords are processed automatically. Case-insensitive; the entire message body must equal the keyword (extra words are treated as a normal message).

STOP	Opt out of all Inflect SMS. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further messages.
STOPALL	Same as STOP.
UNSUBSCRIBE	Same as STOP.
CANCEL	Same as STOP.
END	Same as STOP.
QUIT	Same as STOP.
START	Re-opt in after a previous STOP.
YES	Same as START.
UNSTOP	Same as START.
HELP	Receive contact information and a link to these Terms.
INFO	Same as HELP.

If you opt out you will lose the ability to sign in via SMS. You may still sign in via email magic-link, or ask your facility admin to issue a rescue code on your behalf.

6. Supported carriers

Inflect SMS is delivered via Twilio over the major US carrier networks, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier-specific availability is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent records are handled according to our Privacy Policy. In particular: we do not share or sell mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data is not shared with any third parties.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. The Effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the sign-in page; continued use of SMS after a change constitutes acceptance.
